Steamed Chicken Easy and Quick Recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 1 tea spoon red chilli powder.
  • 1 table spoon of powdered coriander.
  • 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  • 3 tablespoons of yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
METHOD:
  1. Sprinkle vinegar on chicken and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Add all the spices.
  3. Add yogurt.
  4. Add olive oil.
  5. It will be good if you will keep the chicken in the refrigerator for few hours or overnight.
  6. Take the pot in which you usually cook and 2 tablespoons of oil and the chicken in it.
  7. Cook on a very low flame and also add 1 or 1/2 cup of water along with it.
  8. Sprinkle sliced ginger and green chili on it.
  9. Serve along with hot chapatis!

Things You Need:


  • A hot cup of water.
  • Lemon tea bags if available.
  • 1 Lemon.
  • 1 tea spoon of honey.
Method To Prepare:

  1. Boil a cup of water.
  2. Squeeze lemon in it.
  3. Also add a tea spoon of honey.

This simple and effective tea refreshes you from inner and outer.Also this is very effective in losing weight.Taking two cups of lemon tea in a day helps you losing weight.Taking this after or before a routine workout is also good and refreshing.It just takes 2 minutes to make it.

Crispy Toast With An Egg-A Perfect Breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:

  • A slice of bread.
  • An Egg.
  • Oil For Frying.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.
METHOD:
  1. Cut the slice from mid in any shape you like.. Usually i cut a circle.
  2. Heat the pan.
  3. Add 1 table spoon of oil in it.
  4. Place the slice in the mid.
  5. Add the egg along with yolk in it.
  6. Cook it from both sides until it gets crispy.
  7. Serve with Hot chocolate or any warm drink because these are what i take along with it.

Mango Crusher With Chocolate Chips!

A right drink for yummiest taste! Get set with your taste buds for it.. I really love it personally and this recipe is confidentially mine ;)

INGREDIENTS:
  • SLICED MANGO.
  • MILK
  • ICE
  • CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
  • SUGAR ACC TO TASTE.
METHOD:
  1. Cut mango in small slices.
  2. Add 1 glass of milk in blender.
  3. Add crushed ice cubes in it.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Add mangoes and chocolate chips.
  6. Blend it well.
  7. Serve Cold!

Crispy Chicken Recipe !

INGREDIENTS:

  • FOR MARINATION:
  1. Basin 1 cup
  2. Salt 3/4 teaspoon
  3. Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Red Chilli 1/2 teaspoon.
  5. Conrflour 1 table spoon
  • Boneless chicken.
  • Oil to fry
METHOD TO COOK:
  1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients.
  2. Add basin until the chicken is coated and finely marinated.
  3. Leave it for 20-30 minutes to settle down. 
  4. Deep fry the chicken till a deep orangish-red colour is achieved.
  5. Serve hot with Garlic sauce or any subtitute you like!
Quick and easy crispy chicken is ready! You will love it.

Chapli Kabab Recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

  • CHICKEN MINCE 1 KG.
  • 5 ONIONS CHOPPED.
  • 2 TEASPOON GINGER.
  • 2 TEASPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI.
  • FRESH CORIANDER.
  • FRESH MINT.
  • 2 TABLE SPOONS OF POWDERED CORIANDER.
  • 2 TEASPOON SALT.
  • 2 TEASPOON POWDERED RED CHILLI.
  • 1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER.
  • 2 TEASPOON GARAM MASAALA.
  • 2 EGGS.
  • 2 TABLESPOON CORN FLOUR.
METHOD:
  1. Take 1 kg chicken mince.
  2. Add onions,ginger,green chilli,coriander,mint,powdered corriander,salt,pepper,red chilli,garam masaala,eggs and corn flour and mix well.
  3. Mold the material in the pefered shape and put into refrigerator for some time..
  4. Add oil in a pan and fry them till a redder shade is achieved.
  5. Serve hot with sliced onions and sauces of your choice.

  • 2 SLICED STRAWBERRIES.

  • Beat the cream well until it becomes light and smooth.
  • Add nutella in it and beat it well again.
  • Add it in serving bowls and freeze it.
  • Serve cold with sliced strawberries on top.
